Transitional Living

First To Serve provides Transitional Living support for homeless men and women focused on securing permanent sustainable housing. Participants in our Transitional Living Program have access to all of first to serve resources and programs including:
  • Housing
  • Meals
  • Case Management
  • Permanent Housing Placement Resources and Support
  • Workforce Development and Educational Support
  • Financial Literacy Support
  • Transportation
  • Behavior Modifications
  • Group and Individual Counseling
  • Social Events
  • AIDS and HIV testing and Support
  • Other Services
Individuals interested in using our transitional living services must meet the following requirements:
  • Completion of Preliminary Phone Assessment
  • Must have been sober within 24-48hrs. of intake
  • Agree to a six month personal development and life-skills program
Our facilities are available for clients who have completed a minimum of 6 month substance abuse program through First To Serve or can provide referral documentation verifying completion through a network partner.
